What are the requirements for IVF?

Some of my patients with menstrual disorders (such as polycystic ovary syndrome) ask, “Can I get pregnant with my disease? Can I do IVF?” For these patients, I have the following suggestions and treatments for your reference: 1. Diagnosis should be clear; 2. Preferred medication to adjust menstrual cycle, ovulation treatment, etc. The treatment is appropriate, its result is good and the pregnancy rate is high. This process may take longer. 3.If the drug long-term treatment is not effective, according to the IVF-ET indications criteria: ovulation disorder can be considered for IVF. 4. Special care should be taken during IVF-ET treatment to prevent OHSS complications. My clinical experience is that the pregnancy rate is still very high after treatment for this type of patients.
