What are some symptoms of simple mastocytosis?

Some women often find that their breasts are swollen and painful a few days before their menstrual period, or even sometimes when they are in a bad mood and stressed they find lumps of different sizes in their breasts, worrying if there is an adverse pathological change in their breasts. Nowadays, breast disease is one of the main diseases that endanger women’s health at this stage, making women have a great psychological burden. Let’s find out what are the specific symptoms of simple breast hyperplasia among breast diseases. Simple mastocytosis is an early lesion of structural malformation of the breast, which has been called mastocytosis to this day. Because it is closely related to the endocrine state of the ovaries, it generally occurs in young women, unmarried or married but infertile women. The symptoms are mainly twofold: one is breast swelling and pain, and the other is a lump in the breast. Some of them are completely physiological and can subside on their own without special treatment. One of the symptoms of simple mastocytosis is breast tenderness. Many women also find that breast tenderness usually appears a few days before menstruation, and as the menstrual cycle ends, the tenderness decreases and disappears. The pain can be diffuse and dull, or it can be a limited stabbing pain. It usually involves only one breast, but can also involve both sides at the same time. The painful point is usually in the outer upper direction of the breast and there is pressure pain. The swelling and pain also have a great relationship with mood, so when the patient is emotionally stable or in a relaxed mood, the symptoms can be reduced, and the pain episodes will subside with joy and anger. Another symptom of simple mastocytosis is a lump in the breast. It can be scattered throughout the breast or confined to a part of the breast. It can be pushed, and it also occurs and decreases with the beginning and end of menstruation, for example, the size of the lump changes with menstruation, becoming larger and harder before menstruation, and shrinking and softening after menstruation. Finally, we have learned that simple mastocytosis is not at all scary, as many women have it, especially in the days before menstruation and when they have mood swings. The disease is self-limiting and cyclical, and is not self-curing. The symptoms disappear on their own during pregnancy and when breastfeeding, but they can recur from time to time, and can completely resolve themselves after menopause.
