Spastic diagonal neck is a focal dystonia, which is a difficult disease. The etiology of this disease is unknown, the clinical efficacy of drugs and surgery is not very satisfactory, and there is no safe and effective treatment method at home and abroad. The author flexibly applied the theory of diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, fully utilized the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, and analyzed spastic diagonal neck from the aspects of etiology, evidence and pathogenesis, and treated spastic diagonal neck with the method of opening the orifice and smoothing the tendons and acupuncture “five heart points”.
