What are the factors associated with coronary heart disease?

  There are many factors related to the development of coronary heart disease, which can be summarized into two categories: factors that can be changed and factors that cannot be changed.  1. The factors that can be changed include: smoking, high blood pressure, cholesterol, lack of exercise, mental stress, diabetes, overweight, excessive alcohol intake, etc.  2.The factors that cannot be changed include: family history of coronary heart disease, gender, age, etc.  Among the risk factors that can be changed or possibly controlled, high cholesterol, high blood pressure or smoking are especially important.
