Precursors of perianal abscess hanging off the line

If a perianal abscess is radically treated, a thread, either silk or rubber band, is hung in the internal orifice. Before the wire is removed, post-poo bleeding may occur, mostly bright red blood, which may be in the form of drops and may stop on its own. There can also be perianal purulent discharge mostly yellowish, stimulating the perianal skin can appear local itching. If silk thread is used to hang the thread, it can be shown that the severe pain is obviously reduced and the hanging thread activity is increased. If the thread is hung with a rubber band, it can show that the rubber band is loose and the intestinal contents can be spilled along the surface of the rubber band. The gap between the hanging wire and the anal sphincter may increase during the drug change examination, and the sphincter may be nearly broken or only have a thin strip of connection. At this point, if it is a silk thread, the sphincter can be cut directly, and if it is a rubber band, it can continue to wait and mostly fall off on its own in the near future.
