How many symptoms of advanced breast cancer do you know?

Breast cancer is one of the more common malignant tumors in women, and patients will have different symptoms at different times. Among them, the symptoms that appear when the cancer cells metastasize and spread bring more harm to the patients and need our great attention. So, what are the symptoms of advanced breast cancer after metastasis? Lumps: Intra-mammary lumps are the most important symptoms of advanced breast cancer, which usually occur in the upper part of the breast. It usually occurs in the upper part of the outer part of the breast. It is especially important for adult women to pay attention to the lumps in the breast. Most breast cancers are single and rarely multiple lesions are seen in the same breast. The shape of the lump varies widely and is generally considered irregular with unclear edges and a hard texture. In early stage, cancerous lumps are limited to the breast parenchyma and can still be pushed, but they are not as mobile as benign tumors, once they invade the fascia or skin, the lumps cannot be pushed and the stage of disease is late. Secondly, breast cancer originates from the epithelium of the ducts and is difficult to detect in situ; a lump of 0.5 cm or so is difficult to detect if it is deep in the large breast, while a lump of 1 cm or more is easy to detect. There is also a rare type of breast cancer called occult breast cancer, in which the lump in the breast cannot be detected and the axillary metastasis is already present in the late stage. Pain: Most patients with early stage of breast cancer do not have obvious pain sensation, but at the advanced stage of breast cancer, the pain is more obvious, and it is mostly paroxysmal stabbing pain or hidden pain. Breast overflow: we know that breast fluid can be physiological or pathological, the incidence of atrial overflow during non-pregnancy and lactation is about 3% to 8%, the overflow can be colorless, milky white, yellowish, brown, bloody, etc. It can also be watery, blood-like or plasma-like pus; the amount of overflow can be more or less, and the interval is different. Cytological examination can be performed to clarify. Of course, most breast cancers are accompanied by breast lumps. It is rare to see breast cancer as a symptom of breast overflow alone. Skin changes of breast: Skin changes of breast cancer are related to the depth of the lump and the degree of invasion. If the lump is small and the site is deep, there is no change in the skin, while if the lump is large and the site is shallow, it will adhere to the skin earlier and make the skin appear sunken. If the cancer cells block the subcutaneous lymphatic vessels and cause skin edema, forming cellulite-like changes, it is a manifestation of advanced stage. V. Breast changes: When there is cancer near the breast, the breast is often pulled upward, so the height of bilateral breast is different. Breast invagination is an important sign of cancer in the central area of the breast. It is difficult to pull out the breast with fingers and the breast is in a fixed retracted state. Eczema-like carcinoma, on the other hand, is seen in the form of vesicles on the breast, often with scabs; the lesion area is very clearly demarcated from the skin, and the lesion area is very clearly demarcated from the skin, and the lesion skin is thick. Especially for patients with advanced breast cancer, these phenomena are more obvious and serious. Changes in breast shape: normal breast shape is naturally curved, but in advanced stage of breast cancer, the curvature is seriously abnormal. As far as the treatment of advanced breast cancer is concerned, the possibility of surgical resection is very low, and the main clinical treatments for advanced breast cancer are radiotherapy, chemotherapy and bioimmunotherapy. 70% of advanced breast cancer patients can have their symptoms relieved after radiotherapy, and external radiotherapy with different doses and split amounts can relieve the local symptoms of primary or metastatic foci. Radiation therapy should be used with caution for patients with advanced breast cancer. The improvement of physical function of patients with advanced breast cancer also determines the length of survival of patients with advanced breast cancer. Therefore, it is extremely important for advanced breast cancer patients to improve their immune function and strengthen their resistance to tumors. We all know that caffeinated beverages can keep people awake and have a certain sobering effect. But a recent discovery by Swedish scientists has caused a lot of concern, because they point out that girls who drink more than three cups of coffee a day will have smaller breasts. Oncology researchers found through testing that half of the women contained a special gene in their bodies, and because of this gene, their breasts would shrink when they consumed too much caffeine. The study also found that caffeine also has a beneficial side, it helps reduce the risk of breast cancer in women.
