The most important thing for people with underlying cardiovascular disease is to be anxious and on fire, and the more nervous you are, the more likely you are to get into trouble. Excessive excitement, tension, anxiety, panic, grief, or encounter cold stimulation, strenuous exercise, sympathetic nerves will be overexcited, making the blood pressure rise, resulting in coronary artery spasm. This may also affect the anticoagulation mechanism, causing plaque to fall off in the blood vessels. The result, is the induction of acute heart disease. Even people without underlying cardiovascular disease may experience vasospastic constriction during stressful conditions, which increases the burden on the heart and raises the chances of heart disease. Therefore, there should be a corresponding degree of any kind of emotion. For cardiovascular patients, it is important to maintain a calm mental state and to do things in a planned and organized manner, not to think one way or the other. In my opinion, cardiovascular patients should prepare a schedule, arrange what to do every day, and do everything before and after, to set aside enough time. If you are going out to an appointment, you may want to calculate the distance and time in advance, and on top of that, play a surplus of more than ten minutes. This way travel, no psychological burden, feet can also be easy and comfortable.
