What is breast enlargement

Mammary gland hyperplasia is a common non-inflammatory, non-tumor breast disease in women, a disease closely related to endocrine dysfunction, named benign breast dysplasia by the World Health Organization. With the change of people’s dietary structure, the number of people suffering from the disease is increasing year by year, therefore, some people also call it the “modern disease” of women. The most prominent clinical symptom is breast pain, often intermittent or diffuse dull pain, mostly aggravated before menstruation, and most of these patients also show loss of libido and mental symptoms such as irritability and irritability. The etiology of mammary gland hyperplasia is not fully understood, but it is certain that it is related to the imbalance of endocrine hormone levels in the ovaries. The reasons for this are: 1. The symptoms of breast synchronize with changes in breast tissue, i.e. with changes in the menstrual cycle, and also with the cyclical changes in estrogen and progesterone levels in the body, with circumferential hyperplasia and rejuvenation. The main histological change of mammary gland hyperplasia is the hyperplasia and incomplete recovery of the breast essence. This phenomenon is the result of imbalance in the ratio of estrogen and progesterone. 2, from the age of onset, mostly between 30-50 years old, the incidence in China is about 10%. The disease is rare in pre-puberty and declines after menopause, consistent with the rise and fall of ovarian function. 3, from the irregularity of breast lesions on the breast, also indicates that breast disease is influenced by endocrine. From the clinical point of view, unmarried, infertile women suffering from breast hyperplasia, especially breast pain, after pregnancy, childbirth and breastfeeding, the disease can mostly be relieved or self-healed. In addition to endocrine disorders, mental factors are also the main cause of mastocytosis. Some women suffer from endocrine disorders, plant nerve disorders, poor sleep and irritability due to work pressure, family marriage and other mental factors. In addition, the increase in middle-aged women suffering from hypertension and diabetes also makes them prone to endocrine disorders, where estrogen and progesterone levels and glandular structure may be disrupted to some extent. Studies have found that the personalities of patients with breast enlargement tend to be more likely to be depressed and introverted or paranoid. Some patients have pain in their breasts whenever they are angry, and when they are in a good mood the symptoms are reduced and the local lumps become softer. The treatment is based on the Chinese medicine method of soothing the liver and Qi, dissolving the firm and dispersing the knots, which can be quite effective.
