The incidence of hepatic hemangioma is high. It must be clear that: 1) it is a benign lesion, so there is no need to worry too much; 2) drug treatment is almost ineffective, so there is no need to listen to drug treatment. The indications for surgery are as follows: 1. 5 cm or less in diameter is recommended for observation and no drug treatment is needed. 2. Surgery is recommended for lesions over 10 cm in diameter. 3.Surgery is recommended for those with rapid growth. 4.Surgery is recommended for those whose nature is not completely clear. 5.If the growth is in an important location, such as next to a large blood vessel, surgery is recommended regardless of the size.
