Indications for mandatory Hp eradication: 1, peptic ulcer (gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer); 2, early gastric cancer post-operative; 3, gastric MALT lymphoma; 4, chronic gastritis (with mucosal atrophy or erosion). Indications to support eradication: 1, chronic gastritis with dyspeptic symptoms; 2, planned long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (such as aspirin, ibuprofen, etc.); 3, family history of gastric cancer; 4, Hp-associated gastric disease; 5, unexplained iron deficiency anemia; 6, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.
