Which shoulder dislocations can be treated with arthroscopic surgery?

The shoulder joint is the most flexible and most prone to dislocation of large joints. After dislocation occurs, it is very easy to become habitual dislocation, and if left untreated, the structure of the joint will be traumatized in each dislocation, eventually leading to aging of the joint, decreased function, and persistent pain, etc. In the following cases, arthroscopic surgical repair is required: 1. Young patients under 25 years of age, especially those under 20 years of age, can be considered as absolute indications for surgery. 2.Patients who need to engage in confrontational sports, or throwing sports. 3, Combined with anterior and inferior scaphoid fractures (Bony Bankart injury). 4.Recurrent shoulder dislocation without systemic multiple joint laxity. 5.Recurrent shoulder dislocation with generalized multiple joint laxity, but combined with Bony Bankart. 6.Recurrent shoulder dislocation with semi-dislocation.
