1. Clinical data.
1.1 General data: 88 cases in this group were randomly divided into 56 cases in the treatment group and 32 cases in the control group. In the treatment group: 22 cases in men and 34 cases in women; age 22-65 years old, average age 43.7 years old, of which 31 cases of cervical physiological curvature change, 28 cases of vertebral body posterior margin and hook protrusion hyperplasia, 10 cases of vertebral body work and work work degree misalignment, were examined by X-ray. ‘physiological curvature change combined with hyperplasia in 21 cases, and X-ray did not see the usual difference in 7 cases. 1.2 Diagnostic criteria: all cases conformed to the 1994 diagnostic efficacy criteria for Chinese medicine pathology, excluding other types of cervical spondylosis.
2. Treatment methods.
2.1 Treatment group: positioning, Zhengzong acupuncture point in the center of the posterior Achilles tendon of the foot, 3 inches and 5 minutes from the bottom of the foot, Zhengzong acupuncture point at 2 inches above the Zhengzong acupuncture point, choose No. 28 2-inch milli-needle into the periosteum, flat tonic and flat diarrhea.

3. 1 efficacy criteria.
3.1 Cure: symptoms and positive physical evidence completely disappeared, and the activity is free.
3.2 Effective: symptoms and positive signs have improved, and activities are basically normal.
3.3 Ineffective: treatment lasted for 2 courses, and the symptoms and signs did not improve.
4. Analysis of results.
The shortest time used in the treatment group was 2 days, the longest was 18 days, the average was 8.6 days, the shortest in the control group was 5 days, the longest was 20 days, the average was 12.4 days.
After 1 – 2 treatment courses were observed, the results are shown in Table 1.
