In the comprehensive treatment of aggressive lymphoma, autologous or allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation occupies an important position, and it is no exception for nasal extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma. Based on domestic and international literature and the actual situation of our treated patients, it is recommended that for patients with nasal extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation should be treated with a positive attitude, with stage I and stage II patients with adverse prognostic factors first considered for autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and stage III, stage IV and relapsed/refractory patients should be considered for allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation early, although cases of successful transplantation in second complete remission have been reported. Although cases of successful transplantation at the second complete remission have been reported, it is better to try to perform transplantation at the first complete remission.
