Non-pharmacological treatment of fatty liver

  Many people are worried after discovering fatty liver and rely solely on medication. Non-pharmacological treatment of fatty liver includes diet therapy and exercise therapy.  Diet therapy (1) The total energy intake of fatty liver patients should be controlled at about 20-25 kcal per kg of standard body weight per day, and should not be too saturated and greasy to avoid excessive fat synthesis. Animal offal, egg yolk, crab yolk, squid, sardines, brain marrow, fish eggs, etc. contain high cholesterol and must be restricted. In addition to cholesterol, carbohydrate intake should also be properly controlled, so it is best to use coarse grains and millet and other cereals, not to eat or eat less refined sugar, honey, fruit juice, jam, preserves, canned fruit and all kinds of sweet snacks. At the same time, the daily salt intake of patients with mild fatty liver should be controlled to less than 5g, because salt can increase gastric juice secretion and promote appetite.  (2) Patients with fatty liver do not mean that they cannot eat meat, but they should limit the consumption of fatty meat and meat skin, and use fish, rabbit, lean pork, beef and chicken. In the cooking method, it is best to use steam, boil, braise, stew, boil, stew and other methods, avoid deep-fried, fried, stir-fried methods. A meal of meat products in 75 to 100g is appropriate, in drinking broth to skim off the top layer of oil.  (3) should pay attention to adequate and reasonable drinking water, generally adults need to drink 2,000ml of water per day, the elderly 1500ml, obese people because the water in the body is 15% to 20% less than normal, so the daily water intake needs to be 2200 ~ 2700ml, an average of 300 ~ 500ml per 3h; the best choice of drinking water is plain water, mineral water, purified water and light tea, etc., do not cut all kinds of drinks, milk, coffee instead of drinking water. Do not replace water with drinks, milk and coffee. If you are a fatty liver patient with excess nutrition, drink water 20 min before meals to make your stomach feel full, which can reduce your appetite, reduce the amount of food you eat and help you lose weight. In terms of alcohol, you should not drink cola, Sprite and other high-sugar drinks, but drink more green tea, or drink some kiwi and hawthorn drinks containing less sugar; it is best to quit drinking, because alcohol can promote the synthesis of endogenous cholesterol and triglycerides, aggravating the degree of fatty liver, and damage to the liver.  (4) Fatty liver patients should eat more vegetables and fruits, they are rich in vitamins and minerals, which can accelerate liver cell repair, the dietary fiber can also reduce the absorption of cholesterol, accelerate cholesterol excretion, and reduce blood lipids. Yogurt, garlic, onions, mushrooms, fungus, hawthorn, green beans, etc. have a lipid-lowering effect and should be eaten more often.  Exercise therapy (1) Types of exercise. Fatty liver patients mainly choose to exercise the whole body strength and endurance as the goal of the whole body low intensity dynamic exercise, which is usually called aerobic exercise, such as jogging, medium and fast walking (115-125 steps per minute), cycling, up and down the stairs, climbing, playing badminton, playing shuttlecock, patting the ball, dancing, doing radio gymnastics, jumping rope and swimming, etc. These exercises are more effective for fatty liver patients to reduce fat and weight loss and promote The effect of these exercises is better for fatty liver patients to reduce fat and promote fat loss in the liver.  (2) Exercise intensity. Fatty liver patients should choose the appropriate amount of exercise according to the degree of fatigue and heart rate (pulse) after exercise, with a pulse of 100-160 times/min (170 minus the actual age), lasting 20-30 min, and fatigue disappearing within 10-20 min after exercise is appropriate. Or the size of the exercise to achieve faster breathing, slight sweating and then adhere to the exercise for a period of time is appropriate.  (3) The time and frequency of exercise. Therefore, the best time to choose exercise exercise in the afternoon or evening; the best time to walk is 45min after dinner, when the maximum calorie consumption, weight loss effect is also the best.
