The therapeutic drugs for stage A1 duodenal bulb ulcer mainly include acid-suppressing drugs such as omeprazole and gastric mucosa-protecting drugs such as bismuth potassium citrate.
1. Acid inhibiting drugs:
(1) Proton pump inhibitors: such as omeprazole, lansoprazole, epprazole, pantoprazole, etc., which can covalently bind with the proton pump, causing partial inactivation of the proton pump, exerting the effect of inhibiting gastric acid secretion, and alleviating the symptoms of acid reflux, heartburn, and abdominal pain of patients with duodenal bulbous ulcers stage A1.
(2) H₂ receptor blockers: such as ranitidine, nizatidine, famotidine, cimetidine, etc., can block the H₂ receptor, thus exerting the effect of inhibiting gastric acid secretion.
2. Gastric mucosal protection drugs: such as aluminum sulfate, bismuth potassium citrate, teprenone, etc., can form a protective film on the duodenal mucosa, preventing further stimulation and corrosion of the mucosa by gastric acid, food, etc., and alleviating the symptoms of abdominal pain, nausea and abdominal distension.
Patients with stage A1 duodenal bulbous ulcer are advised to seek prompt medical attention for definitive diagnosis and targeted treatment. In addition, all of the above medications should be taken under the guidance of a doctor and should not be used without authorization.
