First of all, let’s say that maybe your neck and shoulder pain is, really, not serious, and since many doctors have seen it and said it is not serious, it should not be. There are two options. One option is to stop seeing a doctor, adjust your mindset, actively engage in functional rehabilitation, improve the strength of your neck and shoulder and back muscles, and improve your poor work and lifestyle habits, and maybe the symptoms will gradually ease or disappear. Another one, is to keep continuing to look for the next higher level than a specialist doctor in a hospital for face-to-face consultation and treatment.
