How to check for infertility

Infertility refers to the absence of pregnancy for 2 years without contraception and normal sexual life, but now some scholars suggest that if you have lived together for more than a year without contraception without pregnancy, you should be examined accordingly, especially if the woman is an older couple, so as not to delay treatment. First of all, to treat infertility, it is necessary to understand the process of pregnancy. The sperm of the male partner passes through the vagina and uterus of the female partner and reaches the fallopian tube, where it meets the egg and fertilizes it. The egg develops to about 8 cells in the fallopian tube, enters the uterus, develops to a blastocyst, implants in the endometrium, develops and gives birth at full term. The examination of infertility is actually done for these aspects: 1. Checking the patency of the fallopian tubes, especially for patients with a history of miscarriage. 2. To check whether the female partner has ovulation, we usually use ultrasound to detect ovulation, basal body temperature and hormone measurement, etc.; 3. To check whether the male partner is normal, the most basic thing is to check a semen routine, and other methods include sperm acrosome reaction and anti-sperm antibody, etc.; 4. Most patients can clarify the cause of infertility, and then treat the symptoms.
