The indications for Parkinson’s surgical treatment are as follows: 1. Parkinson’s disease is diagnosed strictly according to the British Brain Bank’s diagnostic criteria for Parkinson’s disease, and Parkinson’s syndrome is excluded because surgical treatment of Parkinson’s syndrome is ineffective; 2. Long-term levodopa has good results, but recently the efficacy has decreased, and the effect is poor after increasing the dose or drug side effects such as end-of-dose phenomenon, switch phenomenon, and allodynia occur; 3. History of the disease is at least 5 years 4. H-Y stage 2.5-4; 5. No serious cognitive and psychiatric disorders such as dementia, anxiety and depression.
