Pancreatic tumors 2~4 cm cannot be judged as benign or malignant and should be diagnosed based on pathological biopsy. According to the size of the tumor, it is impossible to judge the benign or malignant nature of the tumor, and pathological biopsy is the gold standard to judge the benign or malignant nature of the tumor. Pathological biopsy can determine whether there is cancerous tissue in the tumor, and if there is cancerous tissue, it is malignant. If the diagnosis of pancreatic malignant tumor is confirmed, and the size of the tumor is 2~4 cm, if there is no other lymph node or distant organ metastasis, the pathological stage of these patients is usually located in the early stage, and they can be treated by surgery, supplemented by radiotherapy after surgery. If no cancerous tissue is found through pathological biopsy, the pancreatic tumor is benign and can be surgically resected if necessary without subsequent radiotherapy. If the pancreatic tumor is found to be 2~4 cm, it is recommended to consult the doctor in time, improve the examination under the doctor’s guidance, clarify the nature of the tumor, and actively cooperate with the treatment, so as to avoid delaying the condition.
