How long does it take to go to work with a thickened lining?

Most patients who undergo curettage for endometrial thickening can go to work in about half a month, but the time to work may vary depending on the patient’s own condition. Possible causes of endometrial thickening include obesity, simple hyperplasia of the endometrium, complex hyperplasia of the endometrium, and disruption of hormone levels. In most cases endometrial thickening is scraped to stop the bleeding and also to send the scraped tissue for pathological examination. If the pathology suggests a benign lesion, the patient can go to work 14 days after discharge and regular follow-up is sufficient. If the pathology suggests malignant lesions, further surgical treatment is required and the time to go to work will depend on the patient’s recovery. After the curettage procedure, patients need to rest in bed to avoid active bleeding after the procedure. Avoid contact with cold water for half a month. It is recommended to take more nutrients such as meat, eggs and milk and keep a happy mood.
