Chest wall pain can be clinically classified into two categories: primary and secondary, which are mostly manifested as chest wall tumors. Primary benign chest wall tumors are mostly lipoma, fibroma, chondroma and osteochondroma, while primary malignant tumors are mostly chondrosarcoma, fibrosarcoma, myeloma and neurosarcoma. Secondary chest wall tumors are metastatic from malignant tumors in other parts of the body, mainly metastatic carcinoma. I. Clinical manifestations: 1. The pain is concentrated in only one point, which can be clearly pointed out by the patient. 2.Pain does not last long, each time usually only lasts for one or two seconds, and there is a chance of recurrence. 3, the patient deep breathing, coughing, sneezing or turn around, the chest that stabbing pain, or even severe pain. 4, the pain may be more intense than chest pain caused by other diseases, but most of them get better within a few days to two or three weeks. 5.It can occur at any age. Second, the differential diagnosis of chest wall pain: 1, thoracic spine pain: thoracic spine pain is the main clinical manifestation of symptoms of thoracic spondylosis, common thoracic vertebral osteophytes, spinal stenosis; thoracic vertebral compression fracture, subluxation, scoliosis, fascial inlay; and thoracic vertebral disc herniation. 2.Persistent chest pain or vague back pain: patients with thoracic posterior longitudinal ligament ossification complained of persistent vague back pain, and the history of the disease could last for several months to several years. 12 cases of anterior surgical treatment reported by Kenji Hannai all complained of persistent chest pain or vague back pain. Ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament (OPLL) of the thoracic spine is not a common condition worldwide, but it is not uncommon to see patients in some countries in the Far East who have ossification of the OPLL, resulting in paralysis of a limb. Treatment 1. Inflammation will heal on its own without medication, and the doctor may prescribe painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs. 2. Broken ribs can only heal on their own. 3, do not have to take antibiotics, because it can not have any effect on the virus. Chest wall pain is the highest incidence in people with generalized chest pain.
