1. Real-name system: Our hospital implements a real-name registration system, patients must present their ID cards to register with their real names, and the use of non-patient names to register for medical treatment is strictly prohibited. The basic information of the patients registered in the computer cannot be changed, and the hospital will not bear any responsibility for all the adverse consequences caused by this. 2.First consultation: When patients first come to our hospital, please fill in the registration form with your ID card, registration and charges at each consultation area, and register after establishing your consultation card. 3.Create medical record: If the doctor thinks that the patient needs to continue the consultation and treatment in our hospital after the initial consultation, he/she must go to the medical case office with the patient’s ID card to create an official medical case with our medical case number, and get the medical case number for use when registering for future consultation. 4.Re-visit: When patients register again, please go to the window with your medical card. If you have not brought or lost your consultation card, you can check out the original case number at the registration window and then register again, and you cannot duplicate your case or consultation card. 5.General number: refers to the general number, treatment number and other outpatient numbers with a registration fee of 5 yuan. Please apply for the general number registration at the registration window of the consultation area you need to visit with your patient’s consultation card. 6.Expert number: including famous expert number, full professor expert number and associate professor expert number, the registration fee is 14 yuan, 9 yuan and 7 yuan respectively. The large screen above the registration window of each consultation area displays the name and status of the day’s specialists respectively for patients and their families to choose to register. Each patient can only register one number for the same department each day, and two numbers for different departments, and each agent of family members can only register for one patient each day. After the specialist number is registered, there is no refund except for hospital reasons. 7.Reservation number: Reservation methods: (1) Telephone reservation: call 114 to make a reservation; (2) Internet reservation: visit http://www.bjguahao.gov.cn/网上预约; (3) On-site reservation (registration room of each consultation area): mainly the treatment number of internal medicine and radiotherapy, register with the reservation slip; (4) Inter-visit reservation: after your consultation on the same day, the attending doctor can make an appointment for you for the next consultation date. After your appointment is made, please keep the appointment confirmation slip printed by the doctor. Please follow the appointment date and pick up time, go to the registration desk of the corresponding clinic area and register for the consultation with this appointment slip. 8.Special Needs Number: Our hospital provides special needs outpatient medical services for patients. If you need to register a special needs number, please make an appointment with the “Special Needs Clinic” and go through the registration procedures at the special needs outpatient registration window according to your appointment time. 9.Emergency number: You must first get the “Emergency Registration Voucher” from the General Department (Emergency Room), and then go to the Emergency Registration Fee Window for emergency registration procedures. 10.Registration time: Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Registration time for national holidays will be announced.
