Heart disease is the number one killer of human health, 1/3 of the world’s deaths are due to heart disease, and its morbidity and mortality have been increasing significantly, basically every 10 seconds there is a death from cardiovascular disease, heart disease is not to be underestimated. So, how do we detect heart disease early? Palpitations: Generally, the symptoms of palpitations are not obvious in people who do not have serious heart disease, but whenever the more strenuous physical activity, this feeling will be obvious, because physical activity requires the heart to consume more oxygen, so the patient’s heartbeat often increases after labor. Dyspnea: Dyspnea often occurs at the same time as palpitations, mainly because the effective breathing area of the lungs has become smaller, the body lacks oxygen, and the discharge of carbon dioxide has become slower, and these changes stimulate the nerve center that manages breathing, causing breathing to accelerate and deepen. When the heart does not get enough nutrients and oxygen, or even when the heart muscles die, the nerves near the heart muscles and coronary vessels will be stimulated and pain will occur. Cough and hemoptysis: When the lesions of heart disease stimulate the vagus nerve, together with the fact that the lungs are often congested, the alveolar walls and bronchi receive irritation, thus causing coughing, and hemoptysis can also occur if the lungs become increasingly congested. Early symptoms of heart disease, such as palpitations and panic, are often mistaken for minor problems such as poor rest and are not taken seriously by patients. However, delaying a visit to the doctor can lead to aggravation of the condition, especially in elderly patients and those who have heart disease themselves. Here, we would like to remind all patients not to ignore the early symptoms of heart disease, so that they should go to a regular hospital for examination as early as possible.
