How is the disease breast cancer treated?

Nowadays, most women know that breast cancer prevention should pay attention to check-ups, but many women still use “whether to feel a lump or whether to feel pain” as a criterion for consultation, which is very wrong. In fact, breast cancer can be asymptomatic in the early stage, and it is necessary for those who have risk factors for breast cancer to go to a specialized hospital for regular screening. No pain ≠ no breast cancer: Breast pain is not a unique symptom of breast cancer, mastitis and mastopexy all have pain, and having pain does not necessarily mean breast cancer. In fact, breast cancer can be asymptomatic in the early stage, do not think that malignant lumps must have symptoms, so it is wise to detect breast cancer early and check your breast regularly. In addition to self-examination, it is necessary to go to the hospital for regular specialist examination, including medical examination and auxiliary examination. Don’t think that medical examination is superfluous, experience tells us that the specialist’s hand is sometimes more sensitive than the equipment; auxiliary examination includes ultrasound, mammography, etc. Regular examination at different intervals according to individual factors can help detect early breast cancer. Many women have misconceptions about mammography and are afraid of radiation. In fact, the damage of mammogram is minimal and negligible, and mammogram is the first choice for breast cancer detection. However, since Chinese women have denser glands, we know that the high frequency ultrasound designed for breast is more advantageous for Chinese women. The incidence of breast cancer in women above 25 years old will gradually increase with age, reaching a peak at the age of 50~54. Therefore, for those who are above 30 years old, they can undergo one to two specialist examinations each year according to their individual conditions; for those who have a family history, have never given birth, have never breast-fed, have had many abortions, have been supplemented with estrogen for a long time after menopause, and have an obese body type, they can be examined earlier. Don’t be mistaken that breast cancer is the patent of people over 40 years old, but in our work, breast cancer patients under 25 years old are occasionally found. Breast cancer superlinks: 1. Skin changes of breast cancer: there are “dimples”, “orange peel-like changes”, nipple eczema, itching and other manifestations. 2. Breast lumps and/or glandular thickening: not related to menstrual cycle changes, especially if glandular thickening occurs after menopause. 3. Nipple changes: unilateral nipple invagination or deviation. 4, nipple overflow: blood overflow from a single breast hole should be taken seriously. 5.Armpit lumps: hard lumps palpated in the armpit.
