Can you get rid of stretch marks?

Stretch marks cannot be removed, but they can be alleviated or lightened to some extent. Stretch marks are usually caused by excessive stretching of the skin after pregnancy, and are also associated with changes in endocrine levels and genetic factors. For the early formation of stretch marks, physical treatment can be appropriate and can often have a better effect. The treatment is usually done with red and blue light, along with topical medications, such as mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream or sodium heparin cream. If the stretch marks have been formed for a long time, they can be treated with lasers, usually Q laser, or picosecond laser, or hydrolaser for lightening. Visible stretch marks can have a great impact on a pregnant woman’s body and psyche, so you should eat more foods that increase skin elasticity during the preparation and pregnancy process to avoid stretch marks.
