Avoid purpura

  Purpura is a common bleeding disease, daily diet should not eat allergic and spicy stimulating food, eat light and easy to digest and rich in nutrition food.  The main clinical manifestations of purpura include vascular purpura and platelet purpura, skin and mucous membrane bleeding. The main reason for the purpura is that there are a lot of pathogenic microbial infections, certain drugs, fish and shrimp and other foreign proteins, exposure to pollen and dust and some autoimmune diseases are related to the occurrence of purpura.  The first thing you should do is to avoid allergic and spicy foods. The actual allergic reactions can trigger purpura, so purpura patients should avoid allergic foods in their diet. The second, purpura patients should eat more light easy to digest and rich in nutrients food.
