The difference between cervical spondylosis and frozen shoulder

  What we usually call cervical spondylosis and frozen shoulder are most likely to be suffered by people around 50 years old, but now there is a trend of getting younger. Moreover, the symptoms of these two diseases are very similar, and many people will be confused.  1. Frozen shoulder is a common adhesive inflammation of the joint capsule, resulting in stiffness and limited movement of the joint. Generally, if the original posture is maintained, there is no severe pain. Sometimes you may feel discomfort in your shoulder, so you rarely move around, hoping to give your shoulder a good rest. The shoulder joint becomes stiffer and stiffer, and finally, the joint becomes completely stiff. Once this happens, even if you want to move, it will be difficult to do so, and the slightest movement will be painful.  2. Frozen shoulder is often caused by trauma or tendonitis, bursitis, or a stroke. Often, it is difficult to determine the cause, but any cause that can cause limited movement of the arm or shoulder joint may develop into frozen shoulder.  3. Cervical spondylosis causes neck and back pain, limited neck movement, and is often caused by nerve root pressure stimulation, usually with electric shock-like sensation, which is reflexive, accompanied by numbness in the fingers, coldness in the limbs and abnormal skin sensation in the innervation area, but no shoulder joint movement disorder. A series of symptoms such as headache, dizziness, blurred vision with superimposed shadow, nausea and vomiting, panic, chest tightness, general weakness, etc.  4, early cervical spondylosis can be treated by physiotherapy, traction, minimally invasive methods, but if the condition is serious, the body below the neck paralysis, spinal cord compression symptoms continue to aggravate or suddenly intensify, must be operated as soon as possible, otherwise, over time, recovery more difficult.
