What are the diagnostic criteria for pediatric anorexia nervosa? (1) Age; children under 14 years old. (2)Duration of anorexia: 6 months and above. (3) Food intake: less than 50 grams of cereal per day for children under 3 years old, and less than 75 grams of cereal per day for children over 3 years old, along with minimal intake of meat, eggs and milk. (4) Dietary survey: protein and caloric intake is less than 70%-75% of the supply standard, and inorganic salt and vitamin intake is less than 5% of the supply standard. (5) Growth and development: height and weight are lower than the normal average level of children of the same age (except for genetic factors); height and weight increase at the end of the anorexia period. (6) Taste acuity: reduced taste acuity, hypertrophy or atrophy of tongue fungiform papillae.
