Intestinal adhesions to lie down more or move more

Intestinal adhesions should be exercised more, such as jogging and walking, to help improve the condition. Intestinal adhesions refer to abnormal adhesions between the intestinal canal and the intestinal canal, between the intestinal canal and the peritoneum, or between the intestinal canal and the organs in the abdominal cavity, due to various reasons. Intestinal adhesions are commonly seen after abdominal surgery, such as surgery for intestinal diseases. Intestinal adhesions can lead to symptoms associated with intestinal obstruction, such as abdominal pain, abdominal distention, dyspareunia, belching, and dry stools. For patients with intestinal adhesions, it is usually recommended to exercise more appropriately to help relieve the condition. As patients with intestinal adhesions lie flat for a long time, it may lead to further aggravation of intestinal adhesions. In addition, if the degree of intestinal adhesions is more serious, or even complete intestinal obstruction occurs, it is recommended to go to the hospital for timely consultation and treatment. In addition to proper exercise, it is recommended that patients with intestinal adhesions take abdominal heat compresses to relieve them. At the same time, avoid eating gas-producing food, mainly light and easy-to-digest food.
