How is dacryocystitis treated?

The vast majority of children with congenital dacryocystitis are caused by lacrimal membranous occlusion. Treatment methods: 1, within half a year old may open on their own, can do massage therapy 2, lacrimal duct minimally invasive exploration treatment, according to my experience over the years, the vast majority of children a treatment can be successful. Only a very small number of children need tear duct implants. Repeated tear duct irrigation is needed. The key to success: 1, minimally invasive 2, no pseudo-tract formation 3, no nasolacrimal duct bony stenosis and other complex problems. Note on lacrimal flushing: 1. Do not cause trauma to the lacrimal duct trauma and aggravate the narrowing and obstruction. 2, pediatric lacrimal duct irrigation as little as possible, one is the vast majority of children do not have the need, the second is the lacrimal duct irrigation serious harm to the physical and mental health of the child.
