When can surgery be considered for mastocytosis?

Generally, breast hyperplasia does not require surgical treatment, but surgery should be considered if the following indications occur: (1) Atypical hyperplasia of the ductal epithelium occurs. (2) Breast cancer susceptible people who are over 40 years old, with severe hyperplasia and symptoms that cannot be relieved for a long time. (3) Confined glandular thickening, no change in six months of medication observation, or there is an interesting trend of enlargement, and the local physical signs cannot be identified with cancer. (4) Cases during the observation period of drug treatment, in which a lump of inconsistent texture with the surrounding nodules appears in a certain localized area of diffuse nodular breast or lamellar breast glandular thickening. (5) Nipple fluid or blood overflow where mammography cannot exclude cancer. (6) Mammography shows a large dense shadow or accompanied by suspicious punctate calcification.
