For adult women, the most common disease is not a cold, but a reproductive tract infection (STD). Among the gynecological diseases in China, female reproductive tract infections rank first. The so-called female reproductive tract infection refers to reproductive tract infection caused by invasion of pathogenic microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, mycoplasma and chlamydia. Common female reproductive tract infections include vaginitis, cervicitis, and pelvic inflammatory disease. The female reproductive tract infection includes upper reproductive tract infection and lower reproductive tract infection, where the upper reproductive tract infection mainly includes endometritis, tubal infection, pelvic inflammatory disease, etc. The lower reproductive tract infection commonly includes vulvodynia, vaginitis, cervicitis, etc. The symptoms of different inflammatory infections also vary. 1. Upper reproductive tract infection 1. endometritis Inflammation caused by endometrial damage during childbirth or uterine surgery and infection of the endometrium by bacteria and other pathogenic bacteria, which may manifest as lower abdominal pain, abnormal vaginal discharge, irregular menstruation, fever, chills, loss of appetite, headache and other symptoms; 2. fallopian tube infection caused by a variety of pathogenic bacteria, mostly coexisting with inflammatory diseases such as pelvic inflammatory disease Patients in the acute stage usually present with abdominal distension, abdominal pain, and fever, while patients in the chronic stage may present with lower abdominal pain, increased vaginal discharge, menstrual disorders, and even infertility; 3. In severe cases, high fever, headache and other systemic symptoms may occur. The patient may experience local skin redness, itching, pain, burning sensation and other symptoms, and in severe cases may have difficulty walking, sometimes affecting urination and defecation. 2. Vaginitis Vaginal inflammation caused by hormonal levels or infection by pathogenic bacteria, commonly bacterial vaginitis, with symptoms such as increased vaginal discharge with fishy smell, vulvar itching, burning sensation, painful intercourse and painful urination. Old-age vaginitis can be characterized by reduced vaginal discharge with vulvar itching. Cervicitis is mainly caused by infection of the cervix by pathogenic bacteria. Most patients have no obvious clinical symptoms, but a few patients may show increased vaginal discharge, vulvar itching, burning sensation, bleeding after intercourse and abnormal vaginal bleeding. If women have these symptoms, they should go to the hospital and undergo relevant examinations, such as routine blood tests, gynecological examinations and routine white belt examinations, etc. After the diagnosis is clear, they should undergo targeted treatment under the guidance of professional doctors to avoid delaying the disease. In addition, female patients should also pay attention during the treatment period to avoid intercourse as much as possible and avoid eating spicy and stimulating foods to avoid further aggravation of the stimulating symptoms.
