How long does it take for the sputum sound to disappear in pediatric bronchopneumonia

Sputum chirping in pediatric bronchopneumonia usually resolves in about 7-10 days after aggressive anti-inflammatory treatment. Pediatric breathing with phlegm sound is usually seen in pediatric bronchopneumonia, lung infection, bronchial asthma, etc. Treatment is mainly directed at the cause and symptoms. If the child is young, has a weak cough reflex, and the sputum is sticky and not easily coughed out, resulting in airway blockage, the airway should be moistened by local nebulized inhalation with medication or the sticky sputum should be sucked out directly with an aspirator to keep the airway open. Usually, children with bronchitis and bronchopneumonia can be cured in 7-10 days if they are actively treated with anti-inflammatory and symptomatic therapy. With the cure of bronchopneumonia, the sputum sound may also be relieved. In conclusion, patients with bronchopneumonia and sputum wheezing should be actively given phlegm-suppressing drugs, such as aminoglutethimide oral solution, to stop cough. At the same time, care should be given to drink more water appropriately and tap the back more often to assist sputum discharge.
