Tretinoin cream is able to eliminate acne, which means that it is usually preferred in the case of acne treatment, that is, among the topical medications it is preferred. Not all acne is treated with Vitalin cream, but in general, Vitalin cream is preferred for common acne because it has a certain anti-proliferative effect, keratolytic effect and keratin repair effect. In the case of keratolytic effect, it is generally used for whitehead acne.
