Tubular adenoma with low-grade epithelial neoplasia reviewed in a few years

Tubular adenomas with low-grade epithelial neoplasia usually need to be reviewed once every six months. Low-grade intraepithelial neoplasia is a benign lesion, usually not to precancerous lesions, such as the examination found to have epithelial neoplasia, the patient can be reviewed in six months once the colonoscopy. Tubular adenoma is one of the more common types of colorectal adenomas, adenomas are related to the abnormal proliferation of glands, mostly oval or round, most of the patients have no obvious symptoms, and some of the patients may be accompanied by blood in the stool and other symptoms. If the tubular adenoma is larger than 1cm, it should be surgically removed as soon as possible to prevent malignancy. Most of the patients with intestinal cancer are transformed into intestinal cancer due to the malignant transformation of large tubular adenoma without timely treatment. Tubular adenoma patients should pay attention to light diet, avoid eating spicy and cold food, and consult doctor if they feel sick.
