Recently, we often encounter patients with poor vascular conditions, difficult to make arteriovenous endovascular fistula, or repeatedly intubated with semi-permanent tubes, and when we talk to them about peritoneal dialysis, they will shake their heads. The dozen or so cases of peritoneal dialysis we did in the first half of the year were still very successful, there were no floating tubes or infections, and the patients had a high quality of life.
