Why closed-loop injections are not recommended

But if patients play closed needle for a long time, it may also bring a lot of uncomfortable symptoms to the body, mainly due to the prolonged application of hormones prone to many complications, so that the elasticity of the joint, brittle and other decreases, such as long-term use can cause a decline in the immunity of the patient’s body, increased blood pressure and blood sugar, the occurrence of asthma, or osteoporosis and degeneration of joint cartilage, aseptic necrosis of the femoral head and other phenomena. In addition, long-term injection of closed needles may increase the risk of local infection; 2. Dependence: long-term use of hormones to relieve pain can make patients dependent on the drug, and sudden discontinuation of hormones may lead to recurrence of the disease or worsening of symptoms. For patients with joint pain, it is recommended to follow medical advice for treatment, and the use of closed needles is not recommended for non-essential cases.
