What is the cause of bleeding gingival fistula?

Gingival fistulas caused by infectious diseases can lead to bleeding due to the invasion of the gums, or the blood vessels of the pulp.
Alternatively, non-infectious disease, the vascular type of gingival tumour typology: particularly vascular, resembling a haemangioma, the intervascular fibrous tissue may have oedema and mucinous changes, with inflammatory cell infiltration, leading to extremely bleeding gums.
