This video is suitable for 6 weeks post-operative, peri-articular functional and overall strengthening exercises.

Frequency
1-2 times daily; moderate according to your condition.
Initiation period
Patients who are 6 weeks postoperative and have essentially no mobility impairment requiring consolidation, strengthening, and prevention of arm motion injuries.
Contraindications
Significant mobility impairment on the side of the operation and suspension of exercise if there is intense pain during exercise.
