Do ventricular wall tumours go away on their own?

The formation of ventricular wall tumours is due to the release of inflammatory mediators from leukocytes following myocardial infarction, resulting in necrosis of cardiomyocytes, formation of fibrous scar tissue and subsequent left ventricular remodelling, resulting in a cystic, boot-shaped or irregular tumour-like bulge under left ventricular pressure. As a result, ventricular wall tumours do not usually disappear on their own.
