Repeated purpura disease is mostly seen in allergic purpura, which should be treated in time. This includes elimination of pathogenic factors, general treatment, glucocorticoid therapy, etc.
1. Eliminate pathogenic factors: local lesions should be removed to prevent infection. Normally, allergy-inducing foods and drugs should be avoided.
2. General treatment: bed rest should be paid attention to in the acute stage. Vitamin C and carbachol can be used to improve vascular permeability. If severe abdominal pain occurs, scopolamine can be taken orally, and the adverse effects include accelerated heart rate.
3. Glucocorticoid: used for patients with arthralgias or with acute nephritis. Commonly used drugs for prednisone.
If purpura recurs, immunosuppressants, such as azathioprine, can be used as appropriate.
If there are repeated episodes of purpura, it should be promptly admitted to the hospital, and follow the doctor’s instructions for treatment. Drugs should be used as prescribed by the doctor.
