What should I look for after robotic heart surgery? Coronary artery bypass graft

Coronary artery bypass grafting accounts for a large proportion of the total minimally invasive robotic procedures. At present, there are three types of procedures: 1) fully robotic non-stop coronary artery bypass grafting; 2) robotic internal mammary artery dissection + small incision non-stop coronary artery bypass grafting. 3.Hybrid procedure, i.e., stenting before and after undergoing procedures 1 and 2. Patients undergoing surgery 1 and part of surgery 3 had small incisions, with a total of 4 small incisions of 1 cm in diameter, which were less painful and had less impact on life after surgery; after surgery 2, there was a transverse incision of 6 cm in length in the left chest wall, and the wound pain in the early postoperative period was greater than that of surgery 1, but there was no damage to the bony structures of the thorax. Regardless of the type of surgery received, postoperative treatment such as strict anticoagulation, lipid regulation, and blood pressure and blood glucose control are required. Good lifestyle habits have an important impact on the patency rate of the bridge vessels in the distant postoperative period: abstain from smoking and alcohol (wine can be quoted in small amounts), exercise appropriately, eat a light diet, maintain emotional stability, and avoid overexertion.
