Pingyangmycin is an antitumor antibiotic, which is used for the treatment of hemangioma, venous malformation and lymphatic malformation has been proved to have clear efficacy, but there are also adverse reactions and certain dangers. After 30min, the local tissues are mildly swollen; after 24h, the swelling and pain are intensified, the degree of which is related to individual differences and the injection dose; after 2~3 days, the swelling begins to subside, the pain is relieved, and the tissues gradually harden, the color of the skin and mucous membranes become white; after 2 weeks, the color becomes normal; after 2~3 months, the tissues are gradually restored to normal. The most serious adverse reaction to the application of pingyangmycin is anaphylactic shock (2 cases have been reported in the literature), which occurs rapidly and suddenly, and can lead to the death of the patient; other common adverse reactions are fever, most of them are 38.5 ℃ ~ 39.5 ℃, which can be eliminated with symptomatic treatment; gastrointestinal tract reactions manifested as anorexia, poor gastric appetite; local ulceration, temporary hair loss, skin reactions (nails), skin reactions (hair loss), skin reactions (nails), skin reactions, skin reactions, and skin reactions (nails). Localized ulceration, temporary hair loss, skin reactions (blackening of nails, itchy skin), local necrosis and lowering of white blood cells can also occur.
