The child’s fracture is judged mainly on the basis of the following aspects: 1. The child cries because of the obvious pain caused by moving the affected limb, and the pain is gradually relieved after stopping the activity of the affected limb, and the child is gradually quieted down. 2. The local deformity can be felt as a bone rubbing sensation, which is a unique sign of fracture, especially for the fracture after displacement, and the bone rubbing sensation at the fracture end due to the activity. 3. The edema reaches its peak around the third day, and some children may have tension blisters.4. The movement of the affected limb is affected because the child does not move the limb actively after the fracture.5. Except for the feeling of bone rubbing, other edema and pain as well as the limitation of movement cannot be determined as a fracture.
