Can pituitary tumors cause dizziness

Pituitary tumors do not cause dizziness symptoms. The causes of dizziness symptoms are as follows: First, insufficient blood supply to the brain, which is also the most common factor causing dizziness. Second, cervical spondylosis, which leads to compression of blood vessels in the neck, thus causing insufficient blood supply to the brain leading to dizziness. Third, craniocerebral trauma, which causes concussion of brain tissue and inner ear vestibular bodies, resulting in dysfunction, thus causing dizziness. Since pituitary tumors do not compress the blood vessels in the skull, they do not cause lack of blood supply to the brain, and since pituitary tumors are located outside the brain tissue, they do not cause damage to the brain tissue, so they do not cause dizziness, but only headaches, endocrine disorders and vision loss.
