Don’t be intimidated by pulmonary fibrosis

Recently, we have seen some patients with pulmonary fibrosis who are anxious to learn about the poor prognosis of the disease from various sources, either by themselves or their relatives. This reflects, on the one hand, a sufficient awareness of the seriousness of the disease, but on the other hand, it also reflects a lack of comprehensive understanding of this disease. At present, pulmonary fibrosis is still a difficult disease worldwide, and both Chinese and Western medicine still lack a clear understanding of the disease. However, the clinical staging of pulmonary fibrosis patients varies, and the prognosis is not identical. In addition, excessive psychological burden is not beneficial to the treatment of the disease. A good state of mind and scientific response can help prevent the progression of the disease and improve the quality of life. So don’t be worried all day long when you have pulmonary fibrosis and don’t be intimidated by it.
