In terms of treatment, we mainly take the following measures: First, patients should actively retain sputum culture to find the causative organism and guide the antibiotic treatment plan. Generally, cephalosporin antibiotics, quinolone antibiotics or macrolide antibiotics can be selected for corresponding anti-infection treatment. Second, symptomatic treatment, patients with high fever, we can apply ice for physical cooling or apply warm water bath, alcohol bath for body rubbing, especially wipe the armpits, groin, neck, back of the shoulder where the heat dissipation system is more developed to reduce body temperature. Third, if the patient still has a high fever and the effect is not good, we can apply medication, such as oral acetaminophen, ibuprofen, loxoprofen for symptomatic antipyretic treatment.
