Is circumcision a sure cure for premature ejaculation?

To properly define the relationship between foreskin and premature ejaculation, we need to first understand the mechanism by which ejaculation occurs. During sexual activity, people receive sexual signals through various sensory organs such as sight, touch, smell and hearing. These signals are transmitted to the brain. When the excitement reaches a certain level and exceeds the threshold of ejaculation, the brain will send out nerve signals to produce the action of ejaculation, accompanied by a strong orgasmic pleasure. This is like a large dam, when the reservoir of water storage continues to increase, the amount of water storage reached a certain limit, more than the dam’s ability to withstand, a breakthrough will occur, the floods run wildly, a hair and uncontrollable! Why do people with long foreskin often have premature ejaculation? The foreskin is a remnant of human beings in the process of evolution and development. In animals, it mainly serves to keep the penis safe from harm to a certain extent. In humans, however, the foreskin tends to become a burden, an extra burden that serves little purpose for us. Many people are overcircumcised or even circumcised, resulting in the residue and accumulation of urine and urine scale, and repeated stimulation, then they are prone to recurring glansitis of the foreskin. We know that the pleasure caused by the friction between the glans and the vagina is the strongest during sexual activity, brought about by the repeated thrusting of the penis inside the vagina, and is most likely to bring sexual pleasure and pleasure to both parties. If there is glansitis of the foreskin, due to the inflammation, the glans area will be more sensitive than usual, and with the same intensity of stimulation, ejaculation will be earlier in this case, leading to premature ejaculation. This is the time when doctors often suggest that patients do a circumcision, after surgery, the foreskin glans no longer easily inflamed, often receive external stimulation, less sensitive, then usually premature ejaculation will be good. The actual fact is that you will be able to get a lot more than just a few of these. A lot of patients think that long foreskin will definitely lead to premature ejaculation, and even some doctors also hold this view. From the above account we can know that, generally speaking, inflammation of the glans of the foreskin will lead to premature ejaculation. If it is just a long foreskin, it will not necessarily lead to premature ejaculation. It’s like wearing more clothes to sweat or slipping in the rain or snow, there is no necessary causal relationship between these. On the other hand, the source of sexual signals does not only come from the friction between the glans and the vagina. Sounds, smells and stimulation of other sexually sensitive areas are also sources of sexual signals. In addition, the speed of ejaculation also depends on a person’s ability to control sexual excitement, some people may be naturally excited, psychologically speaking, belong to the “excitable” personality. It’s like the analogy we made earlier with the dam. When the dam breaks depends not only on the degree of increase in water storage in the reservoir, but also on the ability of the dam itself to withstand. Clinically, we often come across some patients who ejaculate before they are inserted. This part of the patient, even if the foreskin is long or even circumcised, is certainly not the cause of premature ejaculation. The actual fact is that circumcision and circumcision can be an important cause of premature ejaculation, but not a necessary cause. The actual fact that circumcision can easily lead to glansitis, urethritis, or even inflammation of the urogenital system of the spouse, it is best to perform circumcision as soon as possible. However, if premature ejaculation does not improve after circumcision, you should try to find other possible causes or change your original treatment strategy, rather than regretting the circumcision or losing confidence in the treatment of premature ejaculation.
