Because of the viral infection, there are usually no specific signs, and children may have fever and rash after the disease.
1. Fever: Because of the viral infection, the child may have a sudden high fever, which can reach 39℃ or higher within a few hours, accompanied by cough, runny nose, diarrhea, vomiting and other gastrointestinal symptoms. Infants with high fever temperature may also have febrile convulsions.
2. Rash: usually after the fever subsides, a rash may appear, the rash is mainly manifested as reddish blotchy rash or maculopapular rash, and the color fades when pressed, often appearing in the beginning of the neck and trunk, and rapidly spread to the back of the ear, buttocks and proximal limbs and other parts of the body, and can be subsided in 1~2 days, and there is no obvious hyperpigmentation after the subsidence.
Parents are advised to bring their children to seek medical treatment in time, pay attention to rest, drink more water, take light, easy-to-digest food, avoid stimulating food, and pay attention to appropriate isolation from the outside world, so as not to infect others.
