How to restore training for farsightedness and astigmatism

Farsightedness and astigmatism cannot usually be restored through training, and patients can wear glasses to correct astigmatism and farsightedness and improve their vision. Astigmatism does not usually change, while hyperopia may decrease with age during childhood.
Hyperopia and astigmatism are both common eye conditions and are refractive errors that can occur in combination. Both hyperopia and astigmatism can affect the patient’s vision. The patient can have an optometric examination to determine the exact amount of hyperopia, and then wear eyeglasses to correct it and improve his or her vision. There is no way to reduce the amount of hyperopia or astigmatism through training, for example.
Astigmatism is generally stable and does not usually change drastically, whereas hyperopia may gradually decrease with age during childhood as the patient grows and develops, but will not continue to decrease in adulthood.
Patients with hyperopia and astigmatism are advised to visit the hospital in a timely manner to have their condition evaluated and treated under the guidance of a doctor.
